OFFICERS
COMMITTEESAllocationsMarlene Bellamy, ChairmanThis committee is responsible for determining the recipients for and amounts of the clubs donations.
HostessSharon Clifford, ChairmanThe hostess committee schedules members to provide refreshments for each of our meetings.
HistorianCarol Lashin & Phyllis SchrammelThe historian is responsible for taking photos at our events.
MembershipMarge Stock, ChairmanThe membership committee is responsible to providing information to the community about PWC to encourage membership. In addition, they maintain the membership list and welcome new members.
NewsletterMary Bernd, ChairmanThe chairman is responsible for putting together and distributing the monthly newsletter. Members may choose to have the newsletter e-mailed or snail mailed to them. The chairman is also responsible for posting the newsletter to the web site.
ProgramCheryl Fasano & Alyce Wolowiec, Co-ChairsThe program committee is responsible for coordinating the various speakers for PWC throughout the club year.
PublicityMarilyn Jamal, ChairmanThe publicity chairman is responsible for sending information about club events to local newspapers as well as other mechanisms to provide club information to the public. The chairman is also responsible for maintaining the club calendar on the web site. Margaret McNamara RecreationCathy Sporleder, ChairmanThis committee is responsible for organizing social events for club members and is voluntary.
RevisionsCathy Edwards, ChairmanThe Revisions committee is responsible for reviewing the Club Constitution and recommending updates as needed.
ServiceLinda Millard & Nancy Austin, Co-ChairsThe Service committee identifies activities where the club may give their time in support of the community. Examples include helping to staff Bingo Games at St. Joseph's Home for the Elderly and making flannel blankets for children at Northwest Community Hospital.
Ways and MeansSue Mueller & Kelly Serafini, Co-ChairsThe Ways and Means committee is responsible for the club's annual Charity Auction each November. They work year round to collect donations for the auction. On auction day - they coordinate all of the activities related to the auction itself: getting the items to the location, setting up displays, working different aspects of the auction, cashiers, and of course, cleanup.
Web MasterDayle Roberts, ChairmanThis person is resonsible for the administration of the web site.
YearbookCarole Parke, ChairmanThis team is responsible for assembing the data for our printed yearbook. This booklet contains leadership information, the schedule for the club year, membership list, and club constitution.
